Already installed

Updates happen automatically.

Once R2R is connected to the App Installer feed, Windows checks for signed pilot updates at launch and in the background. Your department data stays centralized and onboarding does not repeat.

If setup fails, include %LOCALAPPDATA%\Routine To Response\pilot-install.log when reporting the problem.

Pilot signing note: The direct pilot uses a private R2R test publisher. Trust this public certificate only on approved pilot computers. Microsoft Store releases use Store-managed trust.
